Questions
Good to know before you start.
Is the heater included in the price?
No. The base price is for the sauna without a heater. In the configurator you choose an electric or wood-fired heater – the price is shown right next to it; many models also come as a complete package.
What does delivery cost?
We deliver by freight forwarder to the kerb (frei Bordsteinkante) within Germany. Delivery is charged per model (depending on size and weight) and shown on every product page, in the cart and at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
12–18 weeks from conclusion of contract – every sauna is made to order. We agree the exact delivery date with you.
Assembled or as a kit?
For some models you choose in the configurator whether you get the sauna as a kit or assembled.
Can I save my configuration?
Yes. “Copy link” shares your selection, “Print” puts it on paper. When you send a request, the configuration is attached automatically.
How does ordering work?
Put your sauna together and add it to the cart – heater and options are added as separate lines at exactly the price shown. Pay in checkout; we then agree the delivery date with you. For special requests you can also send the configuration as a request.
