Withdraw from contract

As a consumer, you can withdraw from your contract concluded online here. The withdrawal period is usually fourteen days. All details are in our withdrawal policy.

Withdrawal is possible in two steps:

Enter the following details and click “Vertrag widerrufen” (withdraw from contract).
Check your details and click “Widerruf bestätigen” (confirm withdrawal).

We will then send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay.

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. You can also still declare your withdrawal by email to post@palazzina-sports.com or by letter to Palazzina Sports & Building GmbH, Marc-Chagall-Str. 2, 40477 Düsseldorf, Germany. You will find the model withdrawal form in our withdrawal policy.
