You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
If you ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
If goods are delivered in several consignments or pieces, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last consignment or the last piece.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Palazzina Sports & Building GmbH, Marc-Chagall-Str. 2, 40477 Düsseldorf, Germany, telephone: +49 211-94250820, email: post@palazzina-sports.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://palazzina-wellness.com/pages/vertrag-widerrufen. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without undue delay on a durable medium (e.g. by email), with information on the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees because of this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us, Palazzina Sports & Building GmbH, Marc-Chagall-Str. 2, 40477 Düsseldorf, Germany, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The costs are estimated for the individual goods at a maximum of approximately the following amounts:
