Frequently asked questions

Is a sauna heater included in the price?

No, the base price is for the sauna without a heater. In the configurator you choose an electric or wood-fired heater (for example Harvia or HUUM) as an option.

Which wood types are available?

You can choose between spruce and thermo wood; thermo wood is darker and costs more. You can see both prices in the selection above.

Do I need planning permission?

That depends on the federal state, the size and the location. Please ask your local authority before ordering; we cannot give legal advice on this.

What does shipping cost?

We deliver by freight carrier to the kerb within Germany. Delivery to other EU countries on request – we will send you an individual quote including freight. Shipping costs depend on the product, above all on size and weight. You can see them before you order on the product page, in the cart and at checkout; they are added to the product price.

Can I get advice before buying?

Yes, free of charge and without obligation. Use “Request advice” on this page; we automatically include the configuration you have chosen.
