Frequently asked questions
Is a sauna heater included in the price?
No, the base price is for the sauna without a heater. In the configurator you choose an electric or wood-fired heater (for example Harvia or HUUM) as an option.
Which wood types are available?
Spruce is standard (spruce/pine according to the manufacturer). Thermo wood is available for a surcharge; it turns light grey over time. You will find the prices in the two variants of the product.
How many people fit inside?
The manufacturer states 1–4 people for this length. With a changing room or terrace of the same length, there is less space in the sauna area.
Do I need planning permission?
That depends on the federal state, the size and the location. Please ask your local authority before ordering; we cannot give legal advice on this.
How is it delivered and what does shipping cost?
We deliver by freight carrier to the kerb: the carrier brings the sauna as far as the kerb in front of your delivery address. Unloading (including by crane or forklift), transport to the installation site and assembly are not part of our delivery; we do not offer unloading by crane or forklift for saunas, so you arrange this yourself. The sauna is delivered as a pre-assembled module. Shipping costs depend on the product, above all on size and weight, and are shown to you before you order on the product page, in the cart and at checkout. The delivery time is 12–18 weeks from conclusion of contract.
Notes
- According to the manufacturer, each product is made individually to order and may differ from the photos.
- The images may show special equipment that is not included in the base price.
- All dimensions are manufacturer's specifications; the external length is the total length of the sauna.
