Frequently asked questions
Is a sauna heater included in the price?
No, the base price is for the sauna without a heater. In the configurator you choose an electric or wood-fired heater (for example Harvia or HUUM) as an option.
Which wood types are available?
Spruce is standard (spruce/pine according to the manufacturer). Thermo wood is available for a surcharge; it turns light grey over time. You will find the prices in the two variants of the product.
Which lengths are available?
The manufacturer lists only one base model; the lengths have not yet been fixed. Send us your desired size and we will prepare a quote for you.
Do I need planning permission?
That depends on the federal state, the size and the location. Please ask your local authority before ordering; we cannot give legal advice on this.
How is it delivered and what does shipping cost?
We deliver by freight carrier to the kerb: the carrier brings the sauna as far as the kerb in front of your delivery address. Unloading (including by crane or forklift), transport to the installation site and assembly are not part of our delivery; we do not offer unloading by crane or forklift for saunas, so you arrange this yourself. The sauna is delivered as a pre-assembled module. Shipping costs depend on the product, above all on size and weight, and are shown to you before you order on the product page, in the cart and at checkout. The delivery time is 12–18 weeks from conclusion of contract.
